Refund Policy

WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING? NO PROBLEM!

You have 30 days from the date your order is shipped to request a return online. We remind you that once you submit your return request online, you will have a maximum of 30 days for us to physically receive the shipment. If this period is exceeded, the return may not be accepted. We remind you that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of current free return promotions and in the case of receiving defective and/or incorrect items.

We inform you that items returned in unsuitable condition: dirty, used, washed, or without hygiene and/or sales tags will not be refunded. Please note that we do not accept returns of items that show obvious signs of wear.

If you have received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, you can contact our Customer Service team (within a maximum of 60 days of shipping)  by sending a photo of the item received with the visible defect and a photo of both the external and internal tags. We will respond with all the necessary information to process the exchange or refund.  If Customer Service is not contacted or informed, and/or in the case of items returned without confirmation of a factory defect and/or without the internal tag, we cannot guarantee a refund/exchange.


Exchanges are not accepted, and items purchased in a Subdued store cannot be returned online or vice versa.

To request a return , CLICK HERE and follow the instructions to complete your return, specifying your reasons for choosing a return and selecting your preferred shipping method.

Remember, you should only create a return request if you want to return multiple items from the same order. Simply click "Add item to return" under each item to select all the products you wish to return.

Wait for your return request confirmation email, which will contain instructions for sending your package based on the shipping method you selected. Please note that each return must be sent from the same country to which the order was shipped.

If you haven't received your return confirmation email, please contact our customer service team and we'll provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your order, along with the return label you'll need to affix to the package.

Please note that all returns sent with a different shipping carrier or those that follow a procedure other than the one indicated above will be rejected and, in any case, will not be refunded.

To schedule your return pickup, prepare the package with the item you want to return and wait for the courier to arrive.

You can send your return using the original packaging, as long as it's intact and shows no signs of tampering and/or wear. Otherwise, you can choose other packaging for your return, ensuring it's also in good condition, properly sealed, and able to withstand shipping.
If you haven't received or have lost the return label, please contact Customer Service.

Once your package arrives at our warehouse and after we've approved the return, we'll refund the value of the item(s) you returned. Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt.

If your return is rejected because it's deemed ineligible for a refund (see above), you'll be notified by email and provided with all the information you need to retrieve the merchandise at your own expense, if you wish. If we don't receive a response, we'll send you a second request. Two weeks after we receive your rejected return, you'll receive a third and final communication informing you that the merchandise will be considered abandoned. However, it will still be available for collection at our warehouse for another 30 days. After this period, we can't guarantee the possibility of recovering the merchandise.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction and may take up to 14 business days depending on the processing time established by your bank.
